Special conditions
- Subject to Policy on Reciprocal Procurement — only Canadian Suppliers or Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible
- Contract duration is 18 months from award plus four (4) irrevocable one-year option periods
What disqualifies a bid
- Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected
- Proposals offering software or SaaS solutions instead of web scraped data will not meet requirements
