- If requested by Contract Specialist post-closing, unofficial low bidder must provide complete price breakdown of Base Bid within 5 business days
- Attendees at site visit must complete COVID-19 self-screening and bring a copy of results to the walk-through
Special conditions
- COVID-19 self-screening required prior to site visit with printed results to be brought on-site
- TDSB will only accept digital bonds — no paper bonds accepted
- Bonds must be sent to the attention of the Contract Specialist (Vicki Kostopoulos)
- After-hours and weekend work required for any tasks affecting school operations, per city by-law
What disqualifies a bid
- Failure to submit a complete price breakdown of Base Bid within 5 business days of request by Contract Specialist may result in bid being deemed non-compliant
- Submission of paper (non-digital) bonds will not be accepted
- Failure to attend site visit with completed COVID-19 self-screening results
