Supply and delivery of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct a new Green Line Park on Macpherson Avenue in a Hydro One hydro corridor which includes, but is not limited to: earthworks and remediation on a brownfield site; site servicing for water and sewers, electrical service and park lighting; paved paths and gathering area; bottle filling station; site structures, features, and furnishings; irrigation, trees, planting, sod, signage, and associated work.
