Summary

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Stereo Micro Particle Image Velocimetry System , as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”). The stereo-µPIV/LIF system will be used to investigate three-dimensional velocity and scalar (e.g., concentration, temperature) fields in small-scale continuous-flow miniaturized contactors.
