Decommissioning of approximately 500 metres of sanitary trunk main on Colborne Street via grout injection abandonment, including abandonment and sealing of maintenance holes, installation of new sanitary services for residential dwellings with interior plumbing reconfiguration, foundation modifications, pre- and post-construction inspections, vibration monitoring, and full restoration of interior and exterior surfaces.

• Ability to supply and deliver all specified works as described in the tender

Special conditions

• Pre- and post-construction house inspection reports required for each residential dwelling along the construction corridor
• Vibration monitoring required during construction
• Grout injection must be monitored within adjacent buildings
• Interior work required including temporary relocation and reinstatement of furniture, laundry appliances, sinks, and other household items
• Modifications to building foundations and footings may be required to facilitate new sanitary service connections
• Restoration of interior finishes including concrete slab, flooring, and walls required
