RFB for remediation – both geotechnical and structural - works on the Balaclava dam, specifically the west embankment. Works include the installation of a cement-bentonite cutoff wall, flattening of the upstream slope, addition of a 1.5 m wide upstream pedestrian walkway along the crest, and installation of a downstream sheet pile system to replace the existing gabion.
