Replacement of deteriorated asphalt and site features at H.A. Halbert Junior Public School (JPS). The contractor must mobilize as soon as possible after award and achieve substantial completion by August 31, 2026.

- Substantial completion by August 31, 2026
- Non-destructive work must be performed during regular hours
- Work affecting school operations must be carried out after hours or on weekends in accordance with city by-law
- If requested by Contract Specialist after closing, unofficial low bidder(s) must provide complete price breakdown of Base Bid Price within 5 business days
- Installation Floater insurance must provide sufficient coverage for supplies and equipment if applicable
Special conditions
- Work affecting school operations must be scheduled after hours or on weekends per city by-law
- TDSB will only accept digital bonds; no paper bonds accepted
- Contract Specialist may request a full price breakdown from the unofficial low bidder(s) after closing at sole discretion of the Purchasing Department
- Installation Floater insurance coverage is required if applicable, at contractor's discretion for adequate coverage amount
