Summary
OCH will require a qualified Contractor to provide a Parking Management System (PMS) which consists of parking lot monitoring and enforcement for tenant and visitor parking, for OCH parking lots located throughout the portfolio. OCH is seeking a web-based solution and a Mobile App for Visitor Parking Registration, as well as the Monitoring and Enforcement of all parking spaces (both tenant and visitor) as detailed in Schedule A - Scope of Services attached.
