Description: To replace the existing pneumatic system with an electronic system, work encompasses the entire facility and all building systems and devices. New energy management control systems (EMCS) system to replace existing and to consist of direct digital controllers (DDC), electronic/electrical field devices and central control. Replacement of existing boilers, chiller and associated piping to provide fully functioning heating and cooling system.
