• Submit project schedule to the Board immediately upon contract award
• Substantial completion by January 31, 2027
• Heating in the building must be operational by October 15, 2026
• Non-destructive work performed during regular hours; work affecting school operations must be after hours or on weekends in accordance with city by-law
• If requested by Purchasing Department, provide complete price breakdown of Base Bid Price within 5 business days of request

What disqualifies a bid

• Failure to provide complete price breakdown within 5 business days of request from Purchasing Department may render bid non-compliant
• Submitting non-digital (paper) bonds when bid exceeds $500,000
• Attending site visit without completed COVID-19 self-screening results
• Attending site visit without Level 1 or 2 medical mask and appropriate PPE
