Summary
The objective of this contract is to design a robust, scalable horizontal risk model for rail safety and security. The risk model will focus on regulated entities (railways and local railways) and their sub-components to strengthen inspection planning and prioritization within the context of the development of the Rail Safety and Security (RSS) National Oversight Plan.
