Summary

A study will ascertain the condition of the existing two passenger elevators. Report to include class D estimate of any recommendations. Both elevators are from the original installation (c.1995). There is an increasing number of service calls related to failing elevator components. As per elevator contractor, multiple failing components are now obsolete and require modernization.
