OLG is issuing this RFP to seek a successful respondent to create a transformation and change management strategy, manage the complexity of the organizational change as part of transition to a new lottery technology solution, transform processes, provide skilled resources for refactoring existing systems and its technology integrations with third party providers, and train /upskill OLG resources on new ways of working.
